Richard Haley has been professionally coaching and mentoring leaders since 2007, following 27 years in the automotive design industry. He is also a practitioner of Emotional Intelligence.

In addition to his own leadership skills, Richard possesses an unusual set of other highly developed talents – he is also an accomplished artist, musician, creative and producer. His original musical production ‘Love Beyond’ that he created and co-wrote the music for, has been performed in many large venues, including Wembley Arena in London.

He has been married for 39 years, has four children, and currently has eight grandchildren.
